What is parental alienation syndrome? It is a psychopathological disorder in which a child refuses to have contact with one of the parents, usually the father, on a permanent basis.
The Ministry of Youth and Childhood intends Ban Parental Alienation Syndrome (SAP). It will do so through the reform of the Organic Law on Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents against Violence (LOPIVI), whose prior public consultation process opened this Monday.
