GEMME Spain proposes the creation of an Observatory for Mediation and ADR in the Mediation Forum of the Ministry of Justice

He On October 29, 2025, the Mediation Forum met at the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice, and Relations with the Courts. Established in 2019 as a collegiate body with the status of a working group as provided for in Article 22.3 of Law 40/2015, its purpose is to institutionalize collaboration and ongoing dialogue between the Ministry and civil society on matters related to mediation..

During the meeting, the conclusions of the "Map and Observatory" working group, coordinated by GEMME Spain, were presented:

The report proposes an observatory model based on five strategic axes:

1. Institutional and professional coordination.
2. Observation, recording and traceability of data.
3. Monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the procedural requirement.
4. Promotion of technical quality and continuous training.
5. Dissemination of mediation, ADR and the culture of peace.
