The webinar will present the CerclesCat program, promoted by the Department of Justice and managed by the Health and Community Foundation. This program uses an open-environment intervention model based on restorative justice, with the motto "No More Victims." Eva Ortiz, CerclesCat's outreach and volunteer recruitment manager and coordinator of circles since 2015, will be the main speaker.
